My background combines digital product development, UX, behavioural analysis, requirements discovery and AI product management.
Across fintech, SaaS and independent product work, I have focused on a recurring challenge: identifying where people encounter friction and translating those insights into clearer workflows, product experiences, communication and enablement.
I am particularly interested in how contextual learning, behavioural insight and AI-assisted education can help people integrate emerging technologies into everyday work.
