FillTrack — Turning Operational Complexity into Clear Action
Context
Delivery operations generate large amounts of information across orders, service performance, delays, returns and operational exceptions.
Scope
Scenario-based portfolio case using the public Amazon Delivery dataset.

Problem
Raw operational information does not automatically tell teams what requires attention, why it matters or what should happen next.
The challenge was to transform fragmented delivery information into a clearer workflow for understanding, prioritisation and action.

My Role
Product analytics & UX-led concept design combining:
Workflow analysis · Requirements framing · KPI definition · Information architecture · Operational UX
Key Decisions
Focused the experience on delays, service levels, returns and exceptions rather than exposing raw operational data.
Separated overview, operational action and deeper analysis according to different user needs.
Prioritized comparison, exceptions and recurring patterns over exhaustive reporting.
Outcome
Created a structured operational experience that transforms fragmented delivery information into clearer priorities, exceptions and workflow signals.
The concept demonstrates how operational information can support users in moving from understanding a problem to identifying the next action.
Decision Impact Summary
Key Insight
More data does not automatically create operational clarity; teams need information organised around friction, priority and next action.
Decision Supported
Help users distinguish routine activity from issues requiring investigation or intervention.
Intended Decision Value
Support prioritisation of workflow and service-quality improvements using comparable trends rather than isolated incidents.
